The Trinity Recruitment Group was established by two recruitment professionals who had also experienced being both a client and a candidate of recruitment companies.
Their research and market knowledge found a gap in the market; a gap for a professional recruitment company which provided specialist recruitment solutions from support level roles through to board level positions across many sectors and disciplines and at all times providing the same high level of service and attention to detail to every piece of recruitment no matter what level of seniority.
Meet the Directors
Peter Bone: Peter is a trained accountant who worked both in professional practice and industry & commerce. After twelve years working in finance, latterly as Financial Controller and following years of working with local recruitment companies he embarked on a career in recruitment for himself.
Peter joined a specialist financial recruitment company, where his knowledge and ability to deliver was soon evident. He was promoted to Manager within a short period and successfully established a new Doncaster office for the company.
He continues to recruit today within finance & accountancy and for executive roles and is a figure you may see at business groups (professional and leisure) across the region.
Natalie Bone: Prior to establishing the Trinity Recruitment Group Natalie had over ten years financial recruitment experience. She previously worked for two companies; an executive search firm where she recruited senior finance professionals nationally for retail, distribution and logistics companies and for an independent financial recruitment business where she managed all professional practice recruitment from Trainee through to Partner.
Natalie continues to recruit today for professional practice, finance & accountancy and human resources.
